Office Manager

Hello! I am Nancy, the office manager at ChiroMarin. I have been working at ChiroMarin for over 6 years and have customer experience for over 10 years.

Working at ChiroMarin has been an amazing learning experience, starting from not knowing anything about Chiropractic to now working together with Dr.Brenda and our team to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

I was born in Mexico and have lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my 6 year-old daughter who loves to go to the beach and color together.

I consider myself a caring person and love to help others. Here at ChiroMarin I find joy in serving patients and believe it's essential to a well-rounded life.

Maria Hernandez

Front Desk Receptionist

My name is Maria Hernandez,I was born in Mexico. I was brought to the U.S at the age of 5 years old, since then I grew up my entire life here in California. Growing up I always had the dream of either being a teacher or a nurse.

As the years went by and I continued my education, I began to enjoy the medical field and now I find myself here at ChiroMarin in the position as the main receptionist and Dr.Brenda’s assistant.

I am a passionate and empathetic professional with 2 years of experience in providing excellent customer care in the medical field, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, and supporting medical procedures while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality compliance.

Diana Smith

Office Assistant

My name is Diana, I’m from Lima-Peru where I grew up and studied business and administration with more than 8 years of experience in customer service. Two years ago, I arrived in this country, and I have been living in Marin since then.

I started working at ChiroMarin at the beginning of this year 2024 and I really enjoy working at ChiroMarin. My goal is to give the best service and attention to our patients as part of my job is to help and prepare the patients for the treatments and give them the comfort they need.
